INTERNAL REGULATIONS

1. Deadline for cancellation or modification of a course
No charge: 48 hours before the appointment* except in cases of force majeure, on presentation of a valid receipt or a medical certificate.

2. Delay
If you are late, please call or send a message to let me know. If time permits, the delay can be made up, but not excessively.
If I am late, I will warn you and run the class as scheduled.

3. Absence
If I am exceptionally absent, we will postpone the session, but you will always be informed at least 2 days before the session, just like you. I will always try to give you at least 1 week's notice.

4. Payment
Payment is due before the beginning of the session. An invoice will be issued upon request by email, upon receipt of payment.

5. Having the account
It is required to have the exact account when paying, it will not be possible to pay the session on another day.

6. Secretariat
Contact me : Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 12pm to 5pm
If you get my voice mail, please leave a message so that I can contact you as soon as possible.

7. Dispute
In case of possible disputes, if a dispute or a disagreement cannot be settled amicably, despite unsuccessful reminders following a non-payment, a first formal notice will be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, if no action is established, the competent Court will be the only one competent to settle the dispute.

8. Minors
For any person under 18 years of age, a companion must be present during the course. The accompanying person may remain in the waiting room.

9. Notification of booking
When you book online, you will receive a booking confirmation in your email. Please make sure you write your email address correctly.
